CAPTURE is designed to provide faith-centered reflection, Scripture-based encouragement, prayer support, thought renewal tools, and related digital resources. CAPTURE may allow users to submit written or spoken thoughts and receive Scripture suggestions, prayers, reflections, or encouragement based on the user's input and CAPTURE's framework.

CAPTURE content is provided for devotional, educational, informational, and personal reflection purposes only. CAPTURE does not provide pastoral counseling, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, crisis support, prophecy, spiritual diagnosis, or authoritative biblical interpretation.

Users are responsible for how they interpret, rely on, or apply any content, prayer, Scripture suggestion, reflection, or AI-assisted output provided through CAPTURE.

The content on this website, in the Kourted app, and in related resources is not professional mental health, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Users should seek appropriate licensed professional support when needed.

Certain features, resources, or app functions may require a user account, subscription, or membership. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information.

If paid memberships or subscriptions are offered, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may also be governed by the policies of the applicable app store, payment processor, or platform.

Premium or paid access within Kourted is granted only after confirmation of an active purchase, subscription, or entitlement through the applicable app store, payment processor, or subscription management provider.

Kourted is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts, memberships, or services if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the service, engaged in unlawful conduct, or created security, legal, or operational risk.

Kourted may offer an auto-renewable subscription called Kourted Premium Monthly.

Subscription Name: Kourted Premium Monthly Price: $14.99 per month Subscription Length: Monthly auto-renewable subscription Included Premium Features: Learning, Coaching, Build My Look, and saved content features.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. For purchases made through Google Play, payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The user's Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Premium access is granted only after Kourted receives verified confirmation of an active purchase or subscription entitlement.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store terms and policies. Beyond Excellent Consulting LLC does not directly issue refunds for Apple in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Use of Kourted is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect.

Digital products, app subscriptions, memberships, and paid resources may be subject to separate refund terms.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, subscription settings, cancellation process, and refund policies. Beyond Excellent Consulting LLC does not directly process refunds for Apple in-app purchases or subscriptions.

App purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google's billing and refund process.

Users may save app-generated plans, outfit selections, preferences, or related content within Kourted. Saved content may be deleted by the user or removed if required for legal, security, operational, or policy reasons.
