Kourted is designed to support intentional dating, thoughtful planning, personal growth, relationship education, and constructive communication. Users should apply any guidance, recommendations, prompts, or resources with wisdom, respect, and care for the dignity, safety, consent, and boundaries of others.

Users are expected to:

• Treat others respectfully
• Communicate honestly and responsibly
• Participate in good faith
• Respect differing viewpoints
• Support healthy discussions
• Respect personal boundaries and consent
• Use Kourted's guidance in a mature and non-manipulative way
• Protect the privacy and dignity of others
• Use app features, recommendations, and content for lawful and appropriate purposes

Because Kourted provides dating, communication, style, planning, and relationship education resources, users are expected to use the platform in a way that supports healthy, respectful, and intentional interactions.

Users may not use Kourted, its content, recommendations, AI-assisted features, prompts, coaching materials, or date-planning resources to:

• Manipulate, pressure, deceive, or exploit another person
• Harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or shame another person
• Violate another person's privacy, consent, or boundaries
• Encourage unwanted contact or coercive behavior
• Misrepresent themselves or impersonate someone else
• Promote emotionally abusive, degrading, or controlling behavior
• Use relationship guidance as a tool for exploitation or harm

Kourted is not a tool for manipulation, pickup tactics, harassment, or emotional control.

Users may not post, submit, request, generate, share, or promote content or behavior that is:

• Harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Discriminatory, dehumanizing, or degrading
• Sexually exploitative or abusive
• Involving or exploiting minors
• Violent, terroristic, or encouraging serious harm
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating another person
• Invasive of privacy or confidentiality
• Infringing on intellectual property or other legal rights
• Unlawful or encouraging unlawful activity
• Designed to manipulate, exploit, stalk, shame, or harm another person
• Intended to disrupt, abuse, or misuse our website, app, systems, or community

If Kourted or Beyond Excellent Consulting LLC provides AI-assisted or app-generated recommendations, users remain responsible for how they use that content.

Users may not use AI-assisted features, app-generated recommendations, coaching prompts, or communication guidance to create, request, or distribute harmful, abusive, manipulative, deceptive, unlawful, sexually exploitative, violent, discriminatory, infringing, or privacy-violating content.

CAPTURE is designed to support faith-centered encouragement, reflection, prayer, and renewal of the mind. Users are expected to engage with CAPTURE-related content respectfully, honestly, and with care for the dignity, privacy, beliefs, emotional well-being, and safety of others.

Users may not use CAPTURE content, prayers, Scripture suggestions, reflections, or AI-assisted outputs to shame, condemn, manipulate, threaten, exploit, or spiritually pressure another person.

Users may not share another person's private information without permission. This includes contact information, screenshots, messages, photos, location details, personal history, sensitive information, or any other information that could violate another person's privacy, dignity, or safety.

Users should also avoid submitting private or sensitive information about another person unless they have permission and it is appropriate for the feature being used.

We may take action if we believe a user has violated these Community Guidelines, our Acceptable Use Policy, Terms & Conditions, or applicable law.

Actions may include:

• Removing content
• Restricting access to certain features
• Suspending or terminating account access
• Blocking future access
• Refusing or limiting service
• Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities or platforms where required or appropriate

We are not obligated to monitor all activity, but we reserve the right to review and respond to misuse, abuse, reports, safety concerns, or policy violations.
