Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information. Certain records may be retained only as necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, subscription, or compliance purposes.

Kourted retains user account information for as long as the account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Saved date plans, saved looks, preferences, and membership records may be deleted upon user request unless retention is necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, transaction, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

CAPTURE users may request deletion of account-associated content, including submitted thoughts, saved reflections, generated prayers, Scripture suggestions, preferences, and other account-associated content, subject to limited retention where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

Kourted does not sell personal information. Where applicable, Kourted also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate the app, website, payments, analytics, email communications, hosting, authentication, or customer support. These providers may only process information as needed to provide services to Kourted.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Kourted is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you participate in beta testing through TestFlight, Apple and Beyond Excellent Consulting LLC may process your email address, beta feedback, crash reports, screenshots, installation information, and app usage information for the limited purpose of testing, debugging, improving, and preparing the app for release. Beta tester information will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent.
