We reserve the right to restrict, remove, refuse, or disable access to AI-assisted features if we believe they are being misused.

Kourted, CAPTURE, and any AI-assisted features are not designed to respond to emergencies, crisis situations, abuse, threats of harm, self-harm, mental health emergencies, spiritual emergencies, or situations requiring professional intervention.
