Users agree to use Beyond Excellent Consulting LLC and Kourted only for lawful, personal, educational, and appropriate purposes.

Users may not use our website, app, content, tools, recommendations, AI-assisted features, or services in a way that harms others, violates the law, interferes with our systems, abuses our services, or violates the rights, privacy, safety, or dignity of another person.

Users may not use our website, Kourted, or related services to engage in, encourage, facilitate, or attempt any of the following:

• Hacking, credential theft, password attacks, or security bypassing
• Distribution of malware, viruses, harmful code, spyware, or malicious software
• Data scraping, harvesting, crawling, or automated collection not authorized by us
• Fraudulent activity, scams, deceptive practices, or misrepresentation
• Impersonation of another person, business, organization, or representative
• Intellectual property violations, including copying or redistributing protected content without permission
• Interference with platform operations, security, availability, or performance
• Attempts to overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse our website, app, systems, or vendors
• Use of our services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or exploitative purposes

Kourted is designed to support intentional dating, relationship education, personal growth, and thoughtful planning. Users may not use Kourted, its recommendations, prompts, AI-assisted features, coaching content, date ideas, or communication guidance to manipulate, pressure, deceive, stalk, harass, threaten, exploit, or emotionally harm another person.

Users may not use Kourted to encourage or facilitate:

• Coercive or manipulative dating behavior
• Harassment, intimidation, or abusive communication
• Stalking, surveillance, tracking, or unwanted contact
• Deception, impersonation, catfishing, or misrepresentation
• Violations of another person's privacy, safety, consent, or boundaries
• Attempts to exploit emotional vulnerability
• Threats, abuse, humiliation, or degrading treatment

Users are responsible for using Kourted's guidance with maturity, honesty, respect, and good judgment.

Users may not submit, upload, request, generate, distribute, or use content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Sexually exploitative or abusive
• Involving or exploiting minors
• Violent, terroristic, or encouraging serious harm
• Discriminatory or dehumanizing
• Infringing on intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Invasive of another person's confidential or personal information
• Designed to manipulate, exploit, or harm another person
• Designed to bypass safety, security, or platform rules

If Kourted or Beyond Excellent Consulting LLC provides AI-assisted tools, users may not use those tools to create, request, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, manipulative, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, or privacy-violating content.

AI-assisted features may not be used to generate content that encourages harassment, coercion, stalking, fraud, manipulation, threats, abuse, or any violation of another person's consent, privacy, dignity, or safety.

Users may not use CAPTURE, its Scripture suggestions, prayers, reflections, AI-assisted features, or related content to shame, control, spiritually manipulate, threaten, exploit, pressure, or mislead another person.

Users may not present CAPTURE-generated content as prophecy, guaranteed biblical interpretation, authoritative spiritual direction, licensed counseling, or professional advice.

Users may not use CAPTURE to harass others, attack religious beliefs, encourage self-harm, promote abuse, or pressure another person into a spiritual, emotional, financial, or relational decision.

Users may not:

• Share, sell, transfer, or misuse account access
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Use false or misleading account information
• Circumvent subscription, membership, payment, or entitlement requirements
• Attempt to unlock Premium or paid features without verified authorization
• Abuse free trials, promotions, refunds, subscriptions, or platform systems
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or unauthorized integrations to access our services

Premium or paid access may only be used by authorized users with valid access rights.

All content, branding, designs, text, graphics, images, videos, training materials, frameworks, recommendations, and digital resources provided by Beyond Excellent Consulting LLC or Kourted are owned by or licensed to Beyond Excellent Consulting LLC unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, publish, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Users must comply with applicable platform rules, including rules from Apple App Store, Google Play, payment processors, subscription providers, video hosting platforms, email platforms, and other third-party services used in connection with our website, app, or digital products.

Users may not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to bypass the rules, security, payment systems, entitlement systems, or technical protections of any third-party platform connected to our services.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

If we believe a user has violated this policy, our Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, or applicable law, we may take appropriate action, including:

• Warning the user
• Restricting access to certain features
• Removing content
• Suspending or terminating access
• Disabling accounts
• Blocking future access
• Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities or platforms where required or appropriate
